BOWIE Timeline
From graduation to long-term ecosystem growth
Transparent, time-locked, and community-driven development roadmap
Post-Graduation Hardening
Critical 8-day security and setup timeline following pump.fun graduation
Day 0 — Test Dry-Run Preparation
Perform test token multisig vault creation dry-run process in preparation for day 1 Squads multisig creation.
Day 1 — Graduation & Canonical Liquidity
Pump.fun graduation. Receive mint, remaining BOWIE, and LP into Pump Wallet. Transfer all BOWIE and LP from Pump Wallet to Deployer Wallet. Move BOWIE to Treasury Vault and LP to LP Vault. Record all addresses and initial states. From multisig-controlled Liquidity Wallet, seed canonical BOWIE/SOL pool on Raydium/Orca. Add matched liquidity, receive new LP tokens, and move them into LP Vault. Publish pool ID, LP mint, and initial liquidity parameters.
Day 2 — Stabilization Window
No major changes. Allow the pool to stabilize and arbitrage to correct pricing. Monitor depth, slippage, and volume. Verify Treasury and LP Vault balances and confirm the Internal Allocation Ledger.
Day 3 — Manifest Publication
Publish Tokenomics Manifest and Lock Manifest. Publish treasury and vault address map. Announce Day 5–7 lock execution window and open community review.
Day 4 — Internal Audit & Lock Preparation
Perform full internal audit of balances, allocations, and LP Vault. Dry-run lock scripts without executing. Prepare final lock transactions for category-specific vaults.
Day 5 — Lock Execution (Phase 11A)
Create category-specific locked vaults, transfer allocations from Treasury Vault, and execute all timelocks (Treasury Reserve, Ecosystem Growth, Founder Vesting, LP Locked Vault). Publish TX hashes, vault addresses, and unlock dates.
Day 6 — Public Verification Window
Verify all locked vault balances and unlock timestamps on-chain. Publish verification summary and invite community/auditor review.
Day 7 — Governance Activation
Upgrade multisig threshold (e.g., 2-of-2 to 3-of-5). Activate Council governance, publish Governance Charter and signer roles, and begin treasury reporting cadence.
